While other web-based applications work only on web servers and databases we work on web server, Tenantor server and the database itself. We offer the opportunity to set up this system for our clients who purchased the subscription plan for above 500+ properties on their own servers and give our source codes so our customers have the opportunity to add and adjust specific features and adaptations.

After our clients sign up on our page, they can access the control panel and fill out the necessary billing information. At this point they can click “Start Application” button to start the dedicated set up. This set up unlike our competitors who are using shared databases, creates a dedicated database unique to each profile. This creates a platform where only the customers can reach with a high security place with Daily backups preventing future obstacles while your business grows.

We shorten your working time by allowing you to track your rentals process with 3 different rental agreements, record your income and expenses with accounting as well as banking integrations. In the current build we are offering you a bookkeeping integration with “Paraşüt”. By allowing all your financial data to be transferred to a bookkeeping program, Tenantor saves you from doing repeated data entries and waste your precious time. On top of this, offering you bank integrations to automatically mirror your rental incomes to the rental agreements you have made.

We are already integrated with Paraşüt for bookkeeping and QNB Finansbank for banking. We can adapt other banks to our system free of charge. For bookkeeping programs other than Paraşüt, we can do some research to see if it is compatible for integration and send you an offer accordingly.

For competitive and ethical reasons, we cannot give you a straight number of customers. When our clients use our program to the fullest, we ask them to give a reference about us which you can see on our homepage and most of our social media platforms. But to answer this question in properties, we have over 1000 properties being managed in our system as of now.
